Do we deliver? – Yes, we deliver nationwide and orders are taken through our website:

How much is delivery? – Delivery starts from £3.99 per 30kg depending on your location.

UK Mainland (England, Scotland & Wales) is £3.99 per 30kg.

Highlands & Islands is £11.99 per 30kg.

How long does delivery take? – Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days from placing the order which excludes weekends and Bank Holidays. If an order is placed on Wednesday, your 5th working day is the following Wednesday but we endeavour to have orders delivered as soon as possible.

How is delivery calculated? – Once items are added in your basket, the checkout page will calculate your weight and display this to you. The total weight of a product includes the weight of the packaging required to send the parcel to you as well as the physical volume of the products inside the box.

2. What is the cutoff time for the Priority Pick, Pack & dispatch Delivery Service?

Priority orders placed before 2pm will be picked, packed and dispatched the same working day (or on Monday if the order is placed on the weekend). Any priority orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the next working day.


How is payment made? – Payment for online orders and delivery is taken through the website only. There is no need to be registered on Paypal, simply pay using your debit/credit card.


Is it possible to add items to my order? – Once your order is placed, it is not possible to add any items to your order. 


Can I add any specific instructions for the courier? – Yes, during checkout you will have the option to add any information for us or the courier in the ‘notes’ section.


Some items were out of stock, will I receive a refund? – If an item is out of stock, you can choose to substitute the item with something similar, with something more of what you ordered or receive a refund. Refunds are processed within 3 working days of dispatch & delivery.


I have an issue with the order I have received, what should I do? – Please get in touch with us via email as soon as possible with your order number. In some instances we may need to see photos of the items and/or a copy of the invoice that came with the parcel.


Can I reserve items? – As stock level changes daily, we are unable to reserve any items.


Can we sell to you? – Yes you can, please contact us through the website with photos and quantities of stock to offer.
